Foot Massage
This service starts by soaking your feet in a warm herbal bath. You will then lay back in one of our professional massage chairs and be pampered with a neck, shoulder and facial massage. After soaking your feet will be gently dried and wrapped in a towel to keep them warm. The experience will be completed with a thorough massage of the feet, ankles and calfs using a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Swedish Massage
This style of massage is considered a traditional therapeutic massage. It involves lubricating the bare skin with massage oil and utilizing gliding movements to massage the whole body. The purpose is to relax the entire body, improve blood circulation, remove toxins, ease tension and help with pain management.

Deep Tissue Massage
This style of massage focuses on re-aligning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Some of the same strokes and methods are used as in Swedish Massage, but the movements are slower, the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and fascia.

Hot Stone Massage
This style is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help to warm tight muscles, thus allowing the therapist to work deeper, more quickly.
